PROYÉCTATE
Guidance programme for social and labour market integration
The Proyéctate programme was set up with the firm aim of connecting the needs of the business community with young talent, paving the way for both parties through respect, professionalism and a shared commitment. Our work focuses on providing comprehensive support and designing personalised job-search pathways for young people in vulnerable situations, including those who have left care and require specialised support in their transition to adult life.
Through this initiative, we provide key tools such as advisory sessions, strategic action plans and emotional support.
Thanks to this network of collaboration and ongoing guidance, the programme is already celebrating tangible success stories at leading companies: two young people are currently working at the Hotel Alfonso XIII in Seville, and one young woman has joined the staff at the Hotel Gran Meliá Colón. In the logistics and services sector, another young person has begun their career at Lamaignere, and in the rail sector, three young people have joined Grupo Azvi’s professional workforce as train drivers thanks to the training grants awarded by the Grupo Azvi Foundation.
Beyond helping young people enter the workforce, Proyéctate stands out for the ongoing emotional support it provides. We don’t just look for job opportunities; we work to ensure that every young person achieves their goals under the best possible conditions.
