Support and emotional wellbeing in the face of vulnerability

The Special Programme for Vulnerable Older People is one of the cornerstones of our internal social action, reaffirming the Grupo Azvi Foundation’s long-standing commitment to those who have been part of the business group. The main aim of this project is to offer emotional support and one-off financial assistance to former employees who, due to various life circumstances, are facing situations of particular personal hardship or vulnerability.

Since its launch in 2019, the Foundation has been designing a personalised programme of emotional support for each beneficiary, with the aim of providing them with the tools they need to navigate difficult times in the most dignified and healthy way possible. The programme not only addresses material needs, but also focuses on psychological wellbeing, combating loneliness and fostering a lasting sense of belonging to the Grupo Azvi family.
