Partnerships with the third sector and NGOs
At the Azvi Group Foundation, we support the professional and altruistic work carried out by organisations of recognised prestige, both nationally and internationally, to support vulnerable groups. Our mission focuses primarily on promoting and protecting the rights of children and women at social risk.
It is a privilege to contribute to this ongoing and rigorous work, which improves the quality of life for thousands of people. Through these synergies, we optimise existing resources and reinforce our firm commitment to the local community. We believe in the value of local engagement; that is why we maintain regular and sustained links with organisations that know the local area well, to ensure that our support is effective and relevant.
Areas of Activity and Partnerships
Our partner organisations base their work on values and principles that place the holistic development of individuals at the heart of their work. We are currently actively involved in key sectors such as socio-educational support, healthcare, the fight against food insecurity, and social and labour market integration.
We have strategic partnerships with 30 social organisations, the most prominent of which are:
- Cultural promotion and the defence and promotion of human rights: Real Club de Enganches de Andalucía, Princess of Asturias Foundation, Andalucía América Foundation, FAMER (Foundation of Friends of the Russian State Museum in Málaga).
- Vulnerable Children and Young People: Ongoing cooperation on socio-educational programmes with the Sevilla Acoge Foundation (through the Arco Iris programme) and the Association for the Right to Education (ADAE) through the Segunda Oportunidad programme, the PRODEAN Foundation and the Paz y Bien Association, amongst others.
- Food security: A historic partnership spanning more than a decade with the Seville Food Bank Foundation to ensure that vulnerable families have enough to eat, as well as direct support for local soup kitchens and the charitable catering service run by the Hermanamientos association.
- Health and inclusion: Comprehensive support for the Chair in Autism at the University of Seville, Andex (Association of Parents of Children with Cancer in Andalusia), SEHOP (Spanish Society of Paediatric Haematology and Oncology), the Friends of the University of Navarra Association, AXIO (Xerez Association for Cancer Research), COANIQUEM, all for children with burns in Chile, ALCER Giralda and IBERMED, amongst others.
