We are strengthening our social commitment to Pablo de Olavide University
With the aim of fostering equal opportunities and promoting the university’s involvement in social projects, the Grupo Azvi Foundation and Pablo de Olavide University (UPO), through its Vice-Rectorate for Culture and Social Policies, have signed a collaboration agreement aimed at providing student accommodation at the Flora Tristán University Complex, located in the Polígono Sur area.
The beneficiaries of the ‘Flora Tristán Social Grants – Azvi Group Foundation and Pablo de Olavide University’ will be undergraduate and postgraduate students at Pablo de Olavide University who will also actively collaborate on internal revitalisation initiatives and the Polígono Sur Social Project, contributing to community development and social cohesion in the neighbourhood.
This collaboration forms part of the agreement signed in 2024 between the Foundation and the UPO to carry out training, research and development activities, as well as sponsorship initiatives. Thanks to this agreement, in 2025 the university was also able to provide essential equipment to improve the accessibility and comfort of campus facilities: specifically, eight adapted tables, three ergonomic chairs, two padded chairs and an induction loop were purchased, all aimed at ensuring a more inclusive and functional environment for people with disabilities.
The agreement signed between Pablo de Olavide University and the AZVI Group Foundation reaffirms their commitment to social responsibility and inclusion, consolidating a model of collaboration that combines academic education with community action.
