Psychoeducational support and reinforcement programme for children in care
The CRECER programme, developed by the Grupo Azvi Foundation in collaboration with the Paz y Bien Association, aims to promote the holistic development of children and young people who are subject to protection measures in Seville and the surrounding province.
The initiative has been launched to address the specific needs of children who have experienced situations of personal, family or social vulnerability, and who require specialised support to enhance their emotional wellbeing, their education and their life skills. Through personalised psychoeducational support, the programme aims to foster their personal growth and provide them with the tools they need to build an independent and positive life plan.
CRECER combines psychological, educational and social support with activities aimed at developing personal, emotional and interpersonal skills. Its methodology is based on close and ongoing support, tailored to the circumstances and needs of each child, helping to boost their self-esteem, resilience and ability to adapt.
Its main areas of focus include educational support and reinforcement, personal and career guidance, the development of social and interpersonal skills, as well as participation in cultural, sporting and healthy leisure activities that promote social inclusion and the development of positive lifestyle habits.
Furthermore, the programme includes awareness-raising and prevention initiatives relating to equality, harmonious coexistence, emotional management and the prevention of risky behaviour, providing safe spaces for learning and personal development where children can fulfil their full potential.
