We have renewed our partnership agreement with Proyecto Hombre
We have renewed our partnership agreement with the Proyecto Hombre Foundation in order to provide grants to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds who are struggling with drug addiction, so that they can receive the necessary treatment and embark on a new chapter in their lives, free from addiction.
The Proyecto Hombre Foundation has a 25-year track record of providing comprehensive care for people struggling with drug addiction. During this time, it has helped 16,000 young people and adults to break free from drug use. Its overall objective focuses on the study, prevention and eradication of addiction and related issues, including those of a family, health and social nature. Furthermore, its founding mission includes the promotion of programmes designed to tackle today’s greatest challenges: the rise in addiction among young people with behavioural disorders and non-substance-related addictions; the plight of women who use drugs and who have suffered abuse, find themselves alone, without family support and with children to care for; the rise in mental health conditions resulting from substance use; and the difficulty in reintegrating into society and the labour market following rehabilitation.
