The Azvi Group Foundation is joining in the celebrations for the 30th anniversary of the Seville Food Bank

The Grupo Azvi Foundation has joined in the celebrations for the 30th anniversary of the Seville Food Bank, which was marked on 16 October at the Cajasol Foundation, coinciding with World Food Day.

The event, which was sponsored by the Foundation and attended by its president, Manuel Contreras Ramos, brought together more than 180 guests, including local authorities, partner companies, social organisations and volunteers, for an evening of celebration and gratitude.

During the event, the Miguel Mañara Awards were presented, recognising the charitable work of organisations, companies and volunteers. This year’s recipients were Proyecto Hombre Sevilla, Grupo Amazon, Radio Sevilla, and volunteers Kety Vázquez and Luis Brocal.

Over a decade of commitment to solidarity
The partnership between the Grupo Azvi Foundation and the Seville Food Bank dates back more than ten years, during which time the Foundation has maintained its constant support for the organisation, reinforcing its commitment to combating food waste and caring for the most vulnerable.
